Information and Assistance (I&A)
is available to the elderly and disabled to answer questions and compile
data relating to their individual circumstances. Referrals are made on
the clients behalf to in-house programs as well as other area programs
and services. Since I & A is the entry point and first contact within
the agency for the client, the staff tries to help the client feel at ease
in what may be a very overwhelming and complex situation. For information
