PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING (PAS): When a person is no longer able to remain in their home safely, assistance in placing the individual in a nursing home or other suitable facility if available. 

LEGAL SERVICES: Available to individuals age 60 and over.  Legal services include power of attorney, guardianship, wills, and general legal advice.

WHEELCHAIR LOAN PROGRAM: This program assists area residents in need of a wheel chair, on a temporary basis.  Several reconditioned wheelchairs, and other equipment available at outreach offices throughout the Hoosier Uplands service area.  There is no charge for this service; however, donations are accepted to assist in the purchase of additional wheelchairs.
