Monday -Thursday during the school year. Breakfast and

lunch served to morning session, lunch and afternoon

snack served during afternoon session. Medical and dental

WIC is a nutrition, education and food voucher program. for children

birth to 5 years. No charge for WIC services.  Eligibility for WIC is

determined by income and nutritional need.  Provides At Risk

Child Care Program. for low-income families and prenatal

grams offer Homemaker, Respite care, Home Delivered

Meals, and Transportation to persons at risk of nursing

home placement. Pre‑Admission Screening (PAS) assists

with placement of an individual in a nursing home or

suitable facility when that individual is no longer able

to remain in their home safely. Wheelchairs are

available on a temporary basis from satellite offices.

The Angel Foundation grants wishes to terminally ill

adults 18 years of age and over.

care helps control pain and symptoms affecting the

quality of life for those facing incurable illness.

Medical Social Services help clients cope with social,

emotional, and financial upheaval.  A spiritual

counselor is available to address spiritual needs and

concerns.  Volunteers offer support as "good neighbors"

who are willing to sit with someone, run errands, or

provide a listening ear.  Bereavement services are

provided to families at least 12 months following the

death of their loved one.
