HOOSIER UPLANDS HOSPICE - Hospice provides supportive care for the terminally ill and their families, primarily in the home. Physical care helps control pain and symptoms affecting the quality of life for those facing incurable illness. Medical Social Services help clients cope with social, emotional and financial upheaval. A spiritual counselor is available to address spiritual needs and concerns. Volunteers offer support as "good neighbors" who are willing to sit with someone, run errands or provide a listening ear.
