Service Area and Availability
Hoosier Uplands Home Health Care & Hospice serves clients in the Indiana
counties of Lawrence, Orange, Martin, Washington, Crawford and portions of
Dubois, Jackson, Harrsion, Scott and Clark. The Health Care Division is
located at 1500 West Main Street, Mitchell, Indiana.
Hoosier Uplands Home Health Care & Hospice services are available 24 hours
a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Outside of regular office hours
the answering service contacts the RN or administrator on call.
