- Petersburg Medical Clinic
The Petersburg Medical Clinic opened in March 2004 under Nurse Managed Clinic funding from the Indiana State Department of Health. This clinic is a Community Health Center and Rural Health Clinic and is located in Petersburg, IN. Hoosier Uplands manages the current funding for this clinic which is Community Health funding of $150,000. This funding has been subcontracted to the Daviess Community Hospital. The current contract period runs from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.
