The Strategic Development and Consulting Services area of Hoosier Uplands, in addition to its ongoing daily responsibilities, provides support for the corporation through the coordination of special projects.  These include coordinating annual reporting for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and development and completion of the Community Needs Assessment and Survey.
