Area XV Agency on Aging - Other Services
PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING (PAS): When a person is no longer able to remain in their home safely, assistance in placing the individual in a nursing home or other suitable facility if available.
LEGAL SERVICES: Available to individuals age 60 and over. Legal services include power of attorney, health power of attorney, wills, living wills, and general legal advice.
